How much is the application fee? COR Property Management does not charge an application fee. We pre-qualify our applicants and then there is a $75 per adult charge to run a background check.
What are the qualification requirements? The obvious answer to this is; no negative issues in an applicant’s credit, criminal, or rental history, and provable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. However, we understand that sometimes there will be negative issues that were out of the tenant’s control or have been worked on and are still showing. We are open to talk about those issues as needed.
