Our Services


It is more and more common for property management companies to have online payment options for the tenants and landlords. This process takes 3 to 5 business days to process and is very secure. The tenant can chose to make payments each month, manually, or set up the Autopay feature where the payment will be processed automatically each month an a specific day.


The primary goal when searching for tenant is to reduce the potential risk to the landlord. We are also making sure that the tenant will be as happy as possible at the house, as well. Many qualifying question are asked during the application process and we do require that our tenants see the rental in person or have someone they trust view the rental for them. This way we don't have any issues with a tenant finding out that there are no bedrooms on the first floor, for example. A full background check is completed to do the best we can to find the best tenant for each property.


There are many rules and laws that must be followed to be a successful landlord. Our responsibility to our clients/the landlord is to make sure we are up to date with all laws when they change. This way we will have the strongest potential of being on the right side of any problem that may arise with our tenants. Because you hired us as your management team you will not need to deal with the majority of the questions, work orders, or complaints that may be submitted by the tenants. That is our job to handle.


Often I will be told about a rental price expectation from a landlord or tenant and they found that price on the major rental sites on the internet. The only issue with this is those sites do not require that the actually closing price be listed once the house is rented, only the asking price. This caused discrepancies with finding an accurate market value for the rental. We only use the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) used by Realtors because we are required to be accurate with the closing prices. With us you will get the best, real time, market analysis we can provide as long as the market is not going crazy.
